In 2021, South Asian Visual Art Centre (SAVAC) commissioned CAM Collective to create a zine and a website to document the projects and ideas developed through the 6-8 week ADA DADA Residency.

In my role as a CAM Collective member, I:

  • Met with the client, Maria Alejandrina Coates, to collect project requirements
  • Participated in the conceptualization of the visual design concept, visual design was led by Carisa Antariksa
  • Designed the residency website as an interactive high-fidelity Figma prototype
  • Developed a responsive website using Bootstrap, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and PHP

The visual design was led by Carisa Antariksa. Amreen and I contributed to the initial sourcing of moodboard images for the Dadaist style. Carisa then created the risograph zine documenting the residency.

Using the created visual design elements, I designed the website as a high-fidelity Figma prototype. The visual style was inspired by the Dadaist movement.

The landing page is organized by the residency's residents, the workshops that were ran, and guests. The residents' section shows a large stylized menu of images of the participants' names, the workshops and guests are presented as a list.

The individual pages featured the project title and descriptions with related images submitted by participants and workshop facilitators.
